Tind Studio operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, with an AI-first approach to commercial challenges. We help clients like Dyrego, Svane Mattresses, Halebob, KIWI and NHO identify where AI actually makes a difference, and we deliver the solutions ourselves. We are not a hype agency. We hold ourselves accountable to solutions that actually work.

How we work

Direct and honest
We communicate clearly, internally and with clients. No unnecessary bureaucracy, no comfortable half-truths. We say what needs to be said and expect the same in return.
Consultant mindset, not vendor mindset
We own the problem, not just the task. That means understanding client business objectives well enough to push back when needed, and recommending solutions based on value, not what is easiest to sell.
AI-first, but not AI-blind
We replace what should be replaced. Not everything needs AI, and we are upfront about that. Knowing the difference takes real expertise and experience.

What you will work on

  • Lead client projects from brief to delivery: websites, AI solutions and communication campaigns
  • Run discovery workshops and needs analysis with clients
  • Map processes and identify what can be automated or improved with AI
  • Coordinate deliveries internally and externally, ensuring nothing falls between the cracks
  • Represent Tind Studio in meetings and build lasting trust with clients
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) actively in your daily work

Who we are looking for

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from consulting, agency, digital marketing or equivalent
  • Documented experience with AI tools in commercial projects
  • Comfortable with client dialogue and independent project management
  • Fluent in English, Norwegian is a plus
  • Based in Oslo and ready to meet clients in person

Nice to have:

  • Background in growth, digital business development or communications
  • Experience with vibe coding (Replit, Cursor or similar)
  • A strong visual eye and understanding of brand building
